This is a deep and powerful day of ceremony combining the transformational work of movement medicine ceremony & shamanic journey with an incredible voyage of world music and sound bathing to connect you to your elemental nature, we will also give space for art and creative dream vision boarding together we weave the threads of healing and connection.
A warm welcome to join us as we gather at this Potent time of the year just before winter solstice to pause to let go of the outer world and to be within the deep stillness of this time.

We listen and pause , turning to the GREAT MYSTERY of the darkness as we welcome and
CELEBRATE The RETURN OF THE SUN.
Winter Solstice is one the most powerful points of the year as the axis of the Earth pauses, shifts and moves in the opposite direction.
The sun standing still is a powerful metaphor for the energy available to us at the Winter Solstice to change the direction of our lives with intention and build on this energy as we enter into the new year.
Often in the west this time of year can be manic and crazy busy in the outer world that we can miss the true gifts that are waiting to be found in the dark.

ABOUT BONNIE -
I am a Medicine Woman, a fully graduated Movement Medicine teacher who has been working with this body of work since 2009 and have trained to an advanced level. I am a Ceremonial leader deeply committed to the sacred landscapes of the wild unbroken spirit of life, and to the transformational healing power of dance to reclaim our power that may have been lost within the wounds of the past and turn that into medicine to reconnect to our wild self and true heart. I am also a Red School menstruality mentor , shamanic healer-mentor and bodyworker, wife, mother of a beautiful teenage daughter and a baby boy , lover of life and the sacred.
MOVEMENT MEDICINE-
is Shamanic medicine for our times. It gives us direct embodied experience of the dance of life that is going on inside us and all around us.It is a body based Movement Meditation Practice. That will reconnect you to the wisdom of living from the heart.
It will deepen your connection to yourself, your creativity and the integrity and guidance of your own soul.
COST OF WORKSHOP -
I am offering this workshop on a sliding scale A percentage of the money will go to the pacha mamma alliance. An alliance with The Achuar tribe of Ecuador peacefully fighting for the preservation of the Amazon forest and Indigenous rights and educating their ways of living in harmony with the natural world. I ask that everyone please give what they can with honesty
