Feeling so blessed to return once again to the beautiful outdoor grounds of the Isis Center to hold our Summer Solstice event of 2022
We welcome you at this time of potency and potential where the SUN and light is at it fullest to a beautiful Ceremonial gathering out in nature within a gorgeous abundant land where we will Journey within the deep work of Movement Medicine Embodied Ceremony around the Sacred Fire , Bare foot on the Earth, Calling our wild hearts home.
We will be accompanied by the beautiful heart opening plant medicine Cacao, live drumming and soundscapes and a vast genre of world music to guide us into our hearts and bodies as we continue to re- emerge out into connection under the light of the SUN.
It is said by our ancestors that through honoring this day of light, we energetically set in motion a period of awakening in our consciousness which lasts all summer until the Autumn Equinox. A warm welcome to share this exquisite day together and harness its power to build the light within us.

CACAO-
Cacao is 'The Food for the Shift'. The Cacao Spirit ‘returns’ – from a long history with Indigenous peoples.
WHAT IS CACAO?
Literally translated as ‘Food of the Gods’,
Since the ancient Civilisations of the Mayans and Aztecs, Cacao has been used in rituals and ceremonies as a tool for journeying deep inside of the self, allowing spirit to move through and guide us.
Cacao is one of the most nutritionally dense superfoods and provides many medicinal benefits.
It contains more antioxidants than any other food on the planet.
It stimulates the production of the neurotransmitters dopamine, serotonin and anandamide (also known as the BLISS chemical) leading to feelings of euphoria.
It relaxes the muscles and balances the nervous system whilst focusing the mind and activating the heart.
The cacao we will use is of the highest quality grown & harvested in Peru specifically for ceremonial use by Ashaninka families. Directly sourced from ancient Cacao gardens in the Rio Ene region.

ABOUT BONNIE -
Bonnie is a fully qualified Movement Medicine Teacher and has been working with this body of work since 2009.
After a deep Apprenticeship program and later Graduating from
The School of Movement Medicine she has also completed a Continuous Professional Development Level 1 Advanced Training in working with the Heart and the SEER Process (systemic essential energy retrieval) Level 2 Advanced Training in working with Movement Medicine Ritual and Ceremony, and Level 3 Advanced Training in working with the Phoenix Process.
Bonnie draws on over 15 years experience of using movement work to support and transform her own journey through life.
She is a recognised Medicine Woman, a fully graduated Movement Medicine teacher who has been working with this body of work since 2009 and has trained to an advanced level. A Ceremonial leader deeply committed to the sacred landscapes of the wild unbroken spirit of life, and to the transformational healing power of dance to reclaim our power that may have been lost within the wounds of the past and turn that into medicine to reconnect to our wild self and true heart. She is also aa Red School menstruality mentor , shamanic healer and bodyworker, mother & wife , lover of life and the sacred.
Her passion is to share the depth of the medicine that the dance offers both locally and internationally. She has taught Movement Medicine in Thailand at The Sanctuary and Orion Healing Centres and has recently held a Ceremonial dance workshop at Boom festival in Portugal.
