This Deep winter voyage will reconnect you , plug you back into the river of your soul. An Invitation to create sacred time and space for yourself. Carving out a day to turn inwards and resource yourself within a like minded community looking at what really matters to you , what intentions and dream seeds do you wish to plant for the next cycle & setting your arrow of Intention out into the limitless sky.
It is said that now is the time we must return to the ways of our Ancestors, to gather together in Ceremony , Community, Initiation & Ritual to honour and listen so that we may hear our hearts and heal.
This is a deep and powerful day of ceremony combining the transformational work of movement medicine ceremony & shamanic journey with the heart opening plant medicine spirit of Cacao along with an incredible voyage of world music and sound bathing to connect you to your elemental nature & allies who support you. Together we will weave the threads of visioning, healing and connection.
To be within CEREMONY to give space to DREAM is a huge gift we can give ourselves and one of the necessities of life lived by our Ancestors who knew that the health of an individual & community was kept alive by their ceremonies & relationships to one another & the world around them.

ABOUT BONNIE -
Bonnie is a Medicine Woman & fully graduated Movement Medicine teacher who has been in a deep shamanic apprenticeship for over 13yr working with this body of work since 2009 and has trained to an advanced level. She is a Ceremonial leader deeply committed to the sacred landscapes of the wild unbroken spirit of life, and to the transformational healing power of dance to reclaim our power that has been lost within the wounds of the past and turn that into medicine to reconnect to our wild self and true heart. She weaves in deep teachings she has gathered from intense Initiations in the Amazon Rainforest with learnings from an ongoing training Bonnie is undertaking with an ancient lineage of Inca Paco shamen of the high Andes mountains in Peru. She is also a Red School Menstruality mentor , shamanic healer-mentor and wife, mother of a beautiful teenage daughter and a baby boy , lover of life and the sacred.
MOVEMENT MEDICINE-
is Shamanic medicine for our times. It gives us direct embodied experience of the dance of life that is going on inside us and all around us.It is a body based Movement Meditation Practice. That will reconnect you to the wisdom of living from the heart.
It will deepen your connection to yourself, your creativity and the integrity and guidance of your own soul.
