We will mainly work with Embodied Movement Medicine practices. There will also be Sharing- listening Circles , Journaling , Meditation, Drum journey , Creative work and Ceremony.

Movement Medicine is shamanic medicine for our times. It gives us direct, embodied experience of the dance of life that’s going on inside us and all round us. As a species, we face enormous challenges right now that we see as arising from the story of separation; separation between body and spirit, between individuals and nations, between the human world and the web of life we are part of and depend upon. Simply put, Movement Medicine reconnects us, deepening our capacity for empathy and compassionate being and action.'
ABOUT BONNIE
I am a graduated Movement Medicine teacher who has been working with this body of work since 2009 and have trained to an advanced level. I am a Ceremonial leader deeply committed to the sacred landscapes of the wild unbroken spirit of life, and to the transformational healing power of dance to reclaim our power that may have been lost within the wounds of the past and turn that into medicine to reconnect to our wild self and true heart.
I offer Movement Medicine work and Ceremony locally and travel internationally to teach also. I have taught Movement Medicine Ceremonial workshops in; Thailand at The Sanctuary and - Orion Healing Centres, Ceremonial workshops at Boom festival in Portugal, performed alongside international musicians from the USA such as Liquid Bloom & Porangui and worked alongside Carioca, Peia, and other medicine singers at Dan-Sing festival in the UK.
